This is a principal pre-payment strategy that requires a very precise process because you must ensure your lender can’t ‘weasel’ out of their legal obligation -- to save you money on the mortgage interest.  As you might imagine, bankers don’t like this! 

I’ll give you a hint … it eliminates an enormous amount of interest, without you having to double-up on payments!

An asset protection strategy that I cover in my e-course is how to make your home bulletproof from creditors, judgments and even IRS liens.  

Savvy Real Estate investors and other insiders know about these simple, yet inexpensive techniques … and now, so can you!  Your home is likely the most expensive investment you’ll ever make in your lifetime.  So, you need to learn how to properly protect it.

In the e-course, I’ll teach you two, simple strategies that only about 10% of all real estate transactions actually apply – because most people simply don’t know about them.

For example, you’ll learn how to save 25 – 50% on up-front costs, required by your lender, for home/land survey certification.  You can actually have the home seller help you with this at no cost to them … and you’ll get the savings.  That’s even more money in your pocket!

And I’ll teach you how to save 30 – 40% on your lender’s title insurance.  You do this, by simply getting a ‘reissue’ rate on the seller’s existing title insurance on the house, when he originally bought it.  (This is different from annual homeowners insurance.)

So, if your title insurance is going to be $1500.00, you can save about $450 to $600, by getting the title insurance reissue rate.  Still more money in your pocket.

As you may imagine, many title or settlement companies don’t like to do this, as it eats into their commissions – but they will, if you know the right people.  And, it pays to have your own ‘buyer’s agent,’ who knows where to find the right people.

You’ll also learn how to buy foreclosures, short sales and bank owned properties.  (REO).  And one of the strategies I reveal is on the BEST types of mortgages and down payments.

I also explain your legal rights to have your very own buyer’s agent, whose sole responsibility is to represent YOU – and make sure you get the best deal!  And it costs you nothing.  Zip, zilch, nada.  (It’s all in the Homebuyers Primer, e-course.)

 What About First Time Home Buyers?

If this is your first time to buy a home, or if you haven’t bought real estate in a while -- you may think you can’t afford to get into a home right now, with all the mortgage fiasco and credit meltdown that’s recently occurred.  Well, that couldn’t be farther from the truth … IF you know where to look!

You may not know, for example, there are programs that will allow you to finance a home, with as little as a 1 – 2% down payment?  (That’s about the same as first and last month’s rent, plus a security deposit for an apartment, isn’t it?)

Or, you may have some credit issues you ‘think’ would prevent you from getting a loan?  No, that’s also another area where people get tripped up – and believe they can’t qualify, due to bad credit.  However, with the right guidance … you CAN overcome this, too.

I’m here to tell you, there are great loan programs out there … IF you know where to find them.  And there are services that will work diligently to improve your credit scores …

so you’ll be able to qualify for a ‘no-down-payment to low-down-payment loan.’

This is NOT theory.  We’re doing it for our clients every day.  It’s all in knowing where to find these kinds of loans and services.  As you can imagine, they are not highly advertised.  (Lenders would rather you buy a much higher interest loan, right?)
